Harbour Nautilus FIC FIM CP aims to build a diversified portfolio of funds that has an interesting relationship between target return, credit risk and level of subordination. We seek to invest in different credit strategies and diversify the geography of operations. Nautilus allocates resources mainly in FIDCs managed by Harbour Capital but may also invest in open and closed FIDCs from partner managers. FIDCs, provided that the relationship between return, risk and level of subordination is maintained.

The fund has a redemption period of D+40. As such, most of the portfolio is concentrated in open-ended credit rights investment funds with redemption dates of up to D+30. Initially, the investment is divided between 4 to 8 FIDCs with this profile. The initial focus is on allocating to multi-branch, multi-centre credit consultancies based in the south of the country, seeking closer monitoring of credit portfolios and a low default profile.

Harbour IAT FIA BDR Level I originated as the AZ Capital investment club, created in Feb 2018 with the aim of investing its own, family and third-party funds through the capital markets. After just over four years of existence, it became a stock fund in Apr/2022. The investment philosophy is guided by independent fundamentalist analysis, using a bottom-up approach to asset selection. The fund's strategy consists of acquiring assets with high appreciation potential based on identifying distortions between the fair value of the assets and the price traded on the market. The aim is to obtain consistently high absolute returns over the long term.
