Rafael Flores Nunes

Bachelor’s in business administration and specialised in finance, investments and banking at PUCRS. He comes from the financial market, with experience in company valuation, investment analysis, fundraising, M&A and portfolio construction. He works in the management company’s operations and investor relations.

Alexandre Peteffi

CFA, graduated in Economics from UFRGS. He has worked for several years on innovation, entrepreneurship and finance projects. Experienced in preparing investment projects, innovation projects, valuing companies and analyzing economic viability. He works in illiquid portfolio management and is a CVM-accredited manager.

Henrique Ribeiro

Specialist in Tax Law at UFRGS. Graduated in Legal and Social Sciences from UPF with a period at the Università degli Studi di Verona. He has experience in large global corporations and expertise in the areas of tax benefits for innovation, administrative and judicial litigation, tax and regulatory compliance. He acts as Director of Compliance and Risk.

Douglas Azevedo

Graduated in Economics from PUCRS, he entered the financial market working as an investment advisor, dedicating himself exclusively to the management of the AZ Capital investment club in 2018. He holds the Anbima management certification (CGA). He manages liquid investments in the investment management area.

Augusto Tesser

Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from PUCRS and a postgraduate qualification in Economic and Financial Management from FGV. He works as a Senior Analyst in the Investment Management area.

Eduardo Brasil

Undergraduate student in International Relations from ESPM, with experience in marketing through agencies and consultancy, he entered the financial market as a commercial advisor at an investment advisory firm. He works as an analyst in the Investor Relations and Marketing areas;

Luiz Henrique Quintão

Graduated in Computer Engineering from CEFET-MG, specialized in Finance, Investments, and Banking from PUCRS, and holds an MBA in Brokerage from IBMEC. He is certified as a CEA by ANBIMA and works as a Risk Analyst in the Risk and Compliance department.

Pedro Dalmas

Laura Távora

Graduated in International Relations from UniRitter. She works as an investment analyst in the Investment Management sector. She has experience working for a large global corporation, in tax statements, reviewing calculations and identifying risks/exposures, as well as knowledge of accounting and administration.

Undergraduate student in Business Administration from UFRGS. Works as an Analyst in the Investment Management area.

Undergraduate student in Law from Faculdade Dom Bosco. She works as a intern in the Risk and Compliance area.

Graduated in Statistics, Electronics Technician and Applied Math’s graduate from UFRGS. He works as a trainee in the Risk and Compliance area.
