Objective
The objective of the fund is to deliver results consistent with the level of risk involved in private credit operations. To achieve these goals, Harbour Trinidad focuses on allocating to multi-cedant, multi-debtor credit consultancies based in the southern region of the country, aiming for closer monitoring of credit portfolios and a lower default profile by investing primarily in FIDCs (receivables investment funds) through mezzanine or senior quotas. The target return for the fund is between CDI+3% and CDI+5% per annum.

Management Policies
Harbour Trinidad aims to build a portfolio invested in funds that have an interesting relationship between target return, credit risk, and level of subordination.
Harbour Trinidad primarily allocates resources to funds managed by Harbour Capital but may also invest in open and closed funds from partner managers, as long as the relationships between return, risk, and level of subordination are maintained.
